Samai Arisi Thayir Sadam(Little Millet Curd Rice)-The Magic Of Millets

I have already shared a similar recipe using Varagu Arisi (Curd rice) .Let get ready to intake lots of millets in replacement of white rice. Actually my kids don’t like millets. But once they stared to intake at least two in a week, they started liking the taste. So I started making curd rice, kichadi and dosa using millets this millet curd rice can be made within 20 minutes. I usually prepare this in the morning. It tastes so good along with a pickle, thogayal or potato fry
